Job description: ANA PRO INDUS is recruiting an experienced Technical Manager to supervise and optimize all of the company’s technical operations. You will be responsible for ensuring system performance, infrastructure reliability, and the smooth running of technical projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the company’s technical activities.
- Ensure the maintenance and optimization of systems and infrastructure.
- Supervise and support the technical team in its daily tasks.
- Define and implement safety and quality procedures.
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of technical projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency of solutions.
Required profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in technical management and team management.
- Strong skills in diagnostics, problem solving, and optimization.
- Knowledge of industrial and/or IT environments.
- Leadership, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in French; English is an asset.
